Quartz Immersion Heater
The quartz glass electric heating pipe comprises a quartz shell, a heating element, an electrode, and the quartz shell is closed at one end.
One end of the heating element is connected with the electrode, the electrode passes through the heating element, the electrode jacket insulating sleeve, the two ends of the absolute sleeve are provided with limiting parts, the electrode and the insulating sleeve and the heating element leave a certain gap between the structure, the process is simple, the production cost is low, suitable for mass production, to meet the needs of industry and daily use.
Note: This product is heated in a thick animal solution and is made with a surface power of 2.5W/cm².
1. Our electric quartz immersion heaters have passed the CE certification of EU market.
2. Made of ceramic heating core, PP junction box, and PVC protection cover.
3. Matched with overheat protection switch with temperature of 95°C or 105°C
4. The length of the wire equipped to this product is 1.5-2meters or as requested
5. Able to make 110V, 220V, 380V according to customers' requests
6. Attention: It is not applicable to put in the hydrofluoric acid and stron alkali for a long run, or the service life will be shortened
7. OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE: Watt densities of 25 watts per square inch (4 w/cm2) ensure long service life.‘
Electric quartz heaters consume less energy than ceramic heaters to produce the same results. Because quartz heaters directly transmit the energy and do not rely on convection heating, they are better than ceramic heaters at targeting their heat to specific areas.

A: Most of our products are manufactured in-house at our factory.Some accessory items are not.
Q: Can I get the riser on my L-shaped aquaculture heater longer/shorter?
A: Yes.There is no price difference for making a heater with a middle riser,but there maybe a cost adder for a longer riser.
Q: What Third Party Approvals do your products carry(CE?)
A: Almost all of our products are CE compliant.
Q: How late can you ship?
A: Normally 7 days after comfirmed the order.

In our company,various packing methods are adopted according to different product features,such as carton boxes,wooden case etc.For electroplating plant equipment ,we can discuss it together and choose the most suitable one.
